INTERNATIONAL supermodel Daria Werbowy has revealed being 'super tight' with Sinead O'Connor contributed to her move to Ireland.

The Ukranian-Canadian beauty, who is the face of Lancome and landed countless Vogue covers, lives in west Cork with her carpenter boyfriend.

She spoke of her love of Irish life, in which she has given up drinking and become 'addicted' to Ashtanga yoga.

"I love Sinéad O'Connor," she told Harper's Bazaar. "She's part of the reason I went to Ireland, I think, subconsciously. I love the letter she wrote to Miley Cyrus. It was brilliant."

SUCCESSFUL

"Never in a million years did I think I'd be living there, but I never thought I'd be a successful model either. I never thought I'd fall in love with who I'm in love with," she added. Aside from a low-key appearance at the VIP area of Electric Picnic last summer, she has maintained a low profile on our shores.

Daria explained that she works when she wants to, not because she has to.

"I took a risk a couple of years ago where I decided to do the minimal amount that I could get away with, because I physically and mentally couldn't handle it anymore," she said.
