Screen stars Charlene and Robert try to keep their romance low key

The blossoming romance between two of our brightest acting talents is still going strong, the Diary can reveal.

Killing Bono star Robert Sheehan and RAW actress Charlene McKenna -- who are keen to keep their new-found love out of the limelight -- were spotted out and about together this week.

The high-profile pair have been spending plenty of time together since the Monaghan beauty wrapped filming on her latest production Jump at the end of last month.

Sheehan, who has confirmed he is leaving hit E4 supernatural series Misfits in order to concentrate on his movie career, is a regular visitor to Charlene's Ranelagh pad and the couple have enjoyed a number of low-key outings to local hotspots in the past few weeks.

"Everything's going great between them. They've been spending as much time as possible together before things get hectic for them again with filming commitments over the summer," said an insider.

"They're much happier now that their relationship is out in the open and they don't have to try and keep it quiet anymore.

"They're always out and about together in Ranelagh and seem to be really taken with one another," they added.

The Diary also recently spotted Sheehan enjoying a night out at up and coming city centre bar Lost Society, where he had no shortage of female admirers.

The smitten actor had no interest in returning their affections, however, leaving his friends to chat up the ladies instead.

Tomorrow night will see the South William Street bar launch its new weekly event, The Cocktail Club, with demonstrations by the venue's in-house mixologist, Pat Thomas, winner of the BAI National Cocktail Competition 2011.
