RTE sports anchor Evanne Ni Chuilinn has scored points with her fans after debuting a glamorous new look on the RTE News.
Evanne's (29) style veers more to the demure side when she is presenting sport on TV.
But last night the stunning news woman wore a plunging turquoise satin top and black jacket. Her hair was swept off her face, her make-up striking but natural, and she accessorised with sparkling diamante earrings.
And the statuesque blonde's fans were not slow to notice the change and messaged their approval.
"If anyone can raise the bar its Evanne Ni Chuilinn as seen this evening," one fan said. "Holy moly. Look at Evanne Ni Chuilinn on the news. Gorgeous," another noted online.
It's not the first time the presenter has undergone a massive style transformation. The Kilkenny broadcaster, who also plays senior camogie for Portobello Camogie Club, and basketball with Springfield, Tallaght, volunteered for a hairdressing competition in UCD.
And Evanne admitted that she got "such a surprise" when she saw the difference to her appearance at the finals of the L'Oreal Professional Colour Trophy.
"It was such a dramatic change, but I really liked it," she said.
"It was amazing to do something like this and it might just make me think about dressing up more. I really enjoyed the experience."
Earlier this year, the GAA presenter admitted that she had faced sexism remarks as a broadcaster.
She said at the time that she could identify with the feelings of Sky Sport's Charlotte Jackson, who was at the receiving end of some of lewd remarks in one leaked video.
"If you look carefully at her reaction you can see she is deliberately ignoring what has been said," Evanne said. "I've been there myself, where the fellas are being fellas and they are messing around and making little jibes. (Jackson) was well aware and did what I'd do, brush it off and move on."
