Rosie's an outsider for a prize at races as Glenda's judging

Rosanna Davison's chances of walking away with the best dressed title at the Galway Races are slim with arch rival Glenda Gilson judging the competition.

The feuding models will come face to face later this week as they both head to the City of the Tribes.

The Diary can reveal how the two beauties, who are on less than amicable terms since the so-called Ranelagh Rumble, will have a rare public meeting at the racetrack on Thursday.

The pair have both confirmed they will attend the Ladies Day festivities.

Gorgeous Xpose presenter Glenda (29) will be on duty to help judge the prestigious best-dressed competition, alongside a number of other well known fashionistas.

Meanwhile, Rosanna (26) is set to attend as a VIP guest along with her good pals Laura Toogood and Gillian Fitzpatrick. The close friends have all been tweeting about how excited they are about donning their gladrags and catching up at the event. The trio first met while studying at UCD together and have remained in close contact since then.

The glamorous event will mark only the third time Rosanna and Glenda have attended the same public engagement since falling out. The pair surprisingly managed to avoid making any contact at the recent Miss Universe Ireland pageant earlier this month.

Glenda departed the Wright Venue immediately after the festivities, leaving Rosanna to rule the roost at the star-studded after party.

They also had a near-miss on stage at the star-studded TVNow awards in May.

The duo have carefully avoided each other since the revelations about Rosanna's trip to Marrakesh with Glenda's ex Johnny Ronan, and they are expected to once again go out of their way to avoid each other at Thursday's celebrity-filled race track.

Glenda is expected to have an extremely busy schedule on the day as she is double jobbing as head judge and also filming a package for Xpose.

Local retailer Anthony Ryan Ltd will once again sponsor the ever popular Best Dressed Lady Competition.

The lucky winner this year will walk away with a Diamond Solitaire Pendant valued at €8,500, a shopping spree worth €1,500 in Anthony Ryan Ltd and €1,000 cash in addition to other prizes.

The winner of the Best Hat competition on the day will win a €1,500 shopping spree at Anthony Ryan's Ltd Galway.

Ladies Day is widely regarded the most stylish and glamorous fashion event on the Irish racing calendar and a number of other high profile stars are set to attend including Virginia Macari and Avilia Lipsett.
