The World No.1 women's tennis player has said that she and US Open champion Rory (22) have found something special in one another.
"You know, he has something I'm looking for and I have something he's looking for," she said.
"He also wants to be No.1 -- so it's good to have something on each other."
Caroline has already won five competitive tournaments this year, while Rory has bagged the US Open title as well as the Congressional.

The stars are fast becoming the golden couple of sport, and Northern Ireland man Rory was spotted cheering her on at the New Haven Open, as well as her Cincinnati tournament.
"It's working so well because we have so much in common. Obviously, different sports, but we're pretty much in the same position at a young age and we can talk about things that probably a lot of 21, 22-year olds can't talk about," Rory explained recently.
"It's nice to have someone that understands what you're going through."
Although the couple have rarely spoken out about their romance, they were snapped together last week looking cool and casual as they walked the grounds of the Connecticut tournament, smiling at one another.
Rory split from childhood sweetheart Holly Sweeney in July after six years together. He was spotted meeting Caroline in London shortly after their split was announced.
Rory and Caroline met at a boxing match in Germany on July 2 and reportedly have been dating ever since.
