Ronan Keating is living in this upmarket apartment complex in North County Dublin.
It's believed the Boyzone frontman moved into The Casino apartment complex in Malahide in recent days.
Rents for two-bedroom flats in the gated development start at €1,400 per month.
Ronan was spotted driving to the complex as he supervised the moving of his belongings from the family home in Abington, Malahide. Other items from the home were moved to a second house in the estate, also owned by the Keatings.
Described by auctioneers as "exclusive, convenient and luxurious", Ronan's bachelor pad will afford him some privacy before he jets off to Australia in several weeks' time for his X Factor role there.
The development has electric gates, secure underground parking and "secluded, old-fashioned gardens". Malahide Castle and Demesne is just across the road and the picturesque Malahide Village is located just two minutes away.
Last weekend, the singer was spotted in Harvey Norman splashing out on a 46'' 3DTV worth €2,000 in time for the World Cup. The soccer-mad singer told pals he bought the TV to catch all the action from South Africa as he adjusts to living alone.
It is understood that Yvonne Keating and the couple's three children will move into the second Abington property once building work is complete.
It is not clear what will happen to their current home.
