Robbie's happy to leave festival fun to Claudine

Claudine Keane was missing hubbie Robbie as she got into the party spirit at Electric Picnic.

The mum-of-one attends the event every year with her family but it clashes with her footballer husband's schedule.

Claudine told the Diary Robbie wasn't the least bit bothered about missing out on the mucky festivities.

"He wouldn't be as much into festivals as me. I love to muck it out and get involved. It wouldn't be his ideal thing.

"Every single year he's got Irish games. I come home anyway when he has Irish games so it just falls at the right time.

"We went to the V Festival last week. We were in the Virgin tent with the Kings of Leon. It was just brilliant. It was a really good line-up, about 10 of us went and it was great craic. He enjoyed it though because I dragged him along."

But the 27-year-old was thrilled to have the other love of her life, their baby Robert, close to hand as she enjoyed a break at the festival.

"I camped last year and I loved it but this year I brought Robert down.

"He was down in my grandmother's house so it's great having him nearby.

"He's been running amuck, so he's great. He's brilliant, he's a dote. He's getting huge."
