Party posse will be out for the relaunch of Toddy's Bar

- DUBLIN'S party posse will be out in force this Thursday to celebrate the relaunch of one of the city's favourite watering holes, Toddy's Bar at The Gresham.

Party guests will enjoy cocktails, music, great food, some surprises and an open bar on the night.

Invitees at the event will have the opportunity to win a night in one of the Gresham's spectacular penthouses, named after the stars who have stayed there, including Elizabeth Taylor and Grace Kelly, by correctly guessing Toddy's top secret cocktail.

- EXCITEMENT is building ahead of the international album launch of chart- toppers The Script's new release Science & Faith in the Guinness Store House this Thursday.

Invited guests will be treated to an intimate performance by the hugely successful group at the private event, which will also include a drinks reception.

The album is the follow-up to the group's self-titled global smash debut.

- ACTRESS Dervla Kirwan will be donning her trainers next month when she takes part in the Dublin City Marathon in aid of children's charity Barretstown.

The London-based actress, who most recently appeared in Neil Jordan's Ondine opposite Colin Farrell, has been training since March for the challenge, which will see her run 42km through the streets of the capital.

She will be joined by her personal trainer Rob Piggot, who will take her through her paces and across the finishing line at Merrion Square.

- AUSSIE songstress Kylie Minogue is set to take to the stage in Dublin next year when her much anticipated show Aphrodite -- Les Folies Tour touches down at the O2 on March 22 and 23.

Tickets for the event will go on sale on September 13 at 9am and are expected to sell out fast.

Prices start from €59.80 for seated tickets and go up to €86.25

- THE Sugar Club will be the place to be tomorrow night when a number of VIP guests step out to the venue for a sneak preview of songs from the Saw Doctors' new album.

Shamtown Records will host the event, with invitees set to hear a 30-minute set of new songs from The Further Adventures of The Saw Doctors.
