SHE'S only been in the Big Brother house for a matter of days, but Hazel O'Sullivan is already blazing ahead in the popularity stakes.
Viewers in the UK have installed her as one of the favourites to win, while at home her model pals are also backing her to go all the way.
Fellow photocall girl Lisa Nolan (23) told the Herald that Hazel (24) is "doing really well".
"She'll get the male vote because she's so good-looking but she'll also get the female vote because she's so warm and genuine," Lisa said.
"I think she definitely has what it takes to go all the way."
Hazel caused a stir when she entered the BB house by making a not-so-subtle dig at rival model Georgia Salpa – who appeared on Celebrity BB in 2012.
The Wexford girl said she wanted to enter the reality TV show to "show that all models are not as boring as Georgia Salpa".
Lisa thinks Hazel is the perfect ambassador for Irish models everywhere: "I think she'll give all the Irish models a good name."
Kerry model Cara Spillane (23) agreed: "I was surprised when she went in because I was speaking to her two days before and she hadn't mentioned it.
"But I think she's an ideal contestant – she's not bitchy and she's not stuck up. I think viewers will really like her.
"She's a down-to-earth girl."
And former BB contestant-turned-DJ Ray Shah is also lending his support.
"A lot of people think that if you're that good-looking you must have a 'Dead Head', but she's as smart as a whip. She's a great personality," he said.
But Ray hopes the glamorous brunette, who recently split from her rugby-playing boyfriend Fergus McFadden, won't peak too soon.
"Anything can happen, you can go from the favourite to the villain in one episode."
BB viewers seem to be big fans of Hazel, who has shown of her enviable assets by strutting about the house in a bikini.
"That Hazel is one hot bird," a fan wrote. "She's well fit. I hope she last the full 12 weeks."
