THE new Xpose presenting gig has caused a lot of commotion in the press this week, writes Lorraine Keane
But I have no desire to pick up the mic and go back to Xpose again. I was with TV3 for nine years and hosting Xpose for two years.
My time was up and I was ready to take time out and spend time with my girls and my family and try my hand at all sorts of wacky things; I did musical theatre and wrote a book.
I really enjoyed working in TV3 and on Xpose – it was a great fun and I learned a huge amount but it was time to move on.
My advice for anyone going for the role would be: don't be afraid of hard work, don't come back without the story, don't upset anybody, be polite but most of all have fun.
A lot of really great names are in the mix but I'm not saying who I would like to see get the gig.
