New headache for Rosanna as she walks into trouble in France

ROSANNA Davison has a fresh headache on foot of an anonymous smear campaign against her -- after she walked into a bridge while on a holiday stroll.

The model (26) had a nasty collision with a low stone bridge while taking a walk in the French countryside, leaving the former Miss World with a gash on her forehead.

Just days after departing Irish shores for yet another holiday in France -- where she is taking some downtime to escape the media storm surrounding the smear campaign being waged against her by an anonymous bully -- the beauty queen was laid up with the head injury.

"I walked into a low stone bridge and have a gash on my forehead now," she explained. "I was looking down and talking so I didn't see the bridge in time.

"There was a lot of blood but it looked worse than it was. I'm sure it will heal well and I don't have concussion.

"I have to wear a plaster on it so I will just have to be inventive with hats and hairstyles to cover it," she laughed.

The Assets beauty jetted to France last Friday, just hours after returning from London where she had attended Elton John's annual White Tie and Tiara Ball which took place at his lavish home in Old Windsor on Thursday night.

Dressed to impress in a purple designer evening dress by Dubai designer Rami Al Ali, Rosanna teamed her outfit with jewellery from Chatila on Bond Street, who have just signed her as the face of their new collection.

Rosanna joined guests including actress Liz Hurley and Elle Macpherson at the charity bash, which is in aid of the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
