IT promises to be one of the highlights of her singing career so far, but Morgan Deane's famous fiance Graeme Smith looks set to miss her Eurovision performance in Dusseldorf next month.
The Cork singer explained how her South African beau will regretfully not be able to travel to Germany to see her act as a backing singer for Jedward at the annual song contest in two weeks.
Smith, who is the captain of the South African cricket team, will instead be across the globe in India, where he and his teammates are currently taking part in the Indian Premier League.
"Graeme won't be there no, unfortunately," Morgan told the Herald.
"He's over in India at the moment for IPL and he has another three weeks or so to go.
"I think they've something like 10 games left to play so he's just finished up after the Eurovision final takes place.
"It's a pity but he'll be wishing me well from there," she added.
The brunette beauty (26) went on to explain how she was disappointed to hear that former X Factor contestant Rebecca Creighton had dropped out in order to focus on her band Belle Amie.
The pair have been by Jedward's side since the very beginning, joining them on stage to sing backing vocals on their song Lipstick at the Eurosong finals earlier this year.
"I was sad that Rebecca had to pull out but I understand she had to do what was best for her," she said.
"I actually only know her replacement Leanne (Moore) through social networking sites, we haven't met properly but I remember her from You're A Star.
"I'm sure she'll be great. I'm getting very excited about it all now.
"I'm not nervous at all to be honest. It would be different now if we were at the forefront but there's going to be four of us in the background. It's Jedward who will be feeling the pressure," she added.
