BAD news ladies, Dublin's most eligible bachelor, Dave Murphy, is well and truly off the market -- after moving his girlfriend of less than a year, Morgan Deane, into his luxury D4 pad.
The Diary can reveal the loved-up pair have decided to move their relationship up a gear, with Cork-born Morgan packing her things to join the businessman in domestic bliss at his Ailesbury Road home.
The Industry singer (25), who has enjoyed a whirlwind romance of just eight months with hunky Dave, nicknamed the 'Modeliser', said that they both knew it was the right move after jetting to his adopted home of South Africa to spend the Christmas holidays together.
And according to Morgan it was the sun-kissed trip, which saw the couple take in a visit to Dubai on their way home, which sealed the deal for her.
"It was one of those things where we both just knew we wanted to move in together when we came home," she told the Diary.
"We had an amazing time while we were in South Africa and neither of us wanted it to end.
"We have only been together for eight months but when it's right, it's right, you just know. We clicked from day one and it's been non-stop fun ever since.
"We're both really happy and I think moving in together was the right step. We laugh every single day that we're together," she added.
But despite the fast pace of their relationship so far, Morgan is adamant that the couple won't be walking down the aisle anytime soon.
The smitten singer said that she and Dave are concentrating instead on making the most of living together in their swish love nest.
According to the chatty brunette: "Marriage definitely isn't on the cards for now.
"We're taking it one step at a time and I think living together is enough for the moment. It's a big adjustment and we're just taking it as it comes and enjoying ourselves.
"I am really enjoying being in Dublin. There's always something going on. I find Cork so quiet in comparison when I go home," she added.
The smitten singer, first met her 6ft 6in beau through her bandmate, Michele McGrath, last summer and enjoys regular double dates with the Assets beauty and her Welsh rugby ace boyfriend, Mark Siddons.
And while Dave has had no shortage of high-profile ladies in his life in the past, having been linked to Jenny Lee Masterson, Michelle Doherty, and former Apprentice star Orla McAdam, the party-loving Dubliner rarely steps out nowadays without his other half on his arm.
Morgan, who was due to make a temporary move to London with her bandmates this year, said the group have now put their plans on hold.
The ambitious pop star said that she is now concentrating on a number of solo projects and even hopes to team up with JLS again in the future, after supporting the boyband at their recent Dublin concerts at the O2.
