Loved-up Samantha won't watch ex Sisqo on CBB

Dublin pop princess Samantha Mumba will not be tuning into this year's Celebrity Big Brother series to see her ex-boyfriend Sisqo take to the small screen.

The Herald can reveal that the Drumcondra beauty has already returned to her adopted home of LA, where she does not plan to watch the Channel 4 reality series.

Mumba, who dated the Thong Song singer in 2004, is currently loved up with her boyfriend of over two years, Torray Scales.

An Irish representative for the LA-based singer/actress, explained how the star is still holidaying after the festive season and has yet to comment on the fact that her ex-beau is among the celebrities in the house.

"We have been in touch with her to tell her that Sisqo is in the house but haven't heard back from her yet," they told the Herald.

"She's still on holidays so she may not be checking her emails at the moment," they added.

Meanwhile, a pal explained how the star and her former flame have lost touch in the years since their split.

"I think it's safe to say Samantha won't be watching, she wouldn't have the channel in LA for one thing," said the friend.

"They've both moved on since then, I'm sure she wishes him all the best but it won't affect her life too much.

"She's madly in love with her new boyfriend," the pal added

In fact, Mumba is so smitten with her new man that she decided to bring him to Dublin to see her hometown last month.

Speaking to the Herald at the time, the The Gotta Tell You singer explained that she was happier than ever with her new love and revealed she was looking forward to introducing him to her childhood friends.

"He's great, we're very happy," she explained. "This is his first visit to Dublin so I'm trying to think of what sights I should show him.

"We're together a long time now and it's all going really well.

"I have no plans to move back home at the moment. LA is like a proper home to me now."

Mumba and former beau Sisqo enjoyed an intense relationship for over a year, which saw them commute between their respective homes in LA and Dublin to keep their romance alive.
