WHAT a man! Model Michele McGrath is delighted to be back in the arms of her cage-fighting boyfriend Cathal Pendred.
The sultry singer spent five weeks in Tinsel Town checking out the music scene and meeting up with her LA-based pals.
But Michele was more than happy to say so long to the Hollywood Hills and head home to her hunky other half.
"I missed him a lot. I really did. We both missed each other," she told The Diary. "We've got a great relationship."
In fact, the two lovebirds let everyone know just how much they were missing kissing by posting cutesy messages on Twitter.
Softie
"I miss you! I love you #soon," Cathal wrote on Twitter while Michele was away.
Who knew the hard man was such a softie?
"I know, I know!" Michele wails. "We're the biggest cringers ever on Twitter. People slag us about it.
"I think things work because we're both pretty chilled out.
"He does his thing and I do my thing. We both have our own lives.
But we're both really happy and supportive of each other."
The couple will celebrate their year-long anniversary this December, but forget champers and a slap-up meal.
"I'd say I'll be in my PJs, watching a box set – nothing too mad," she laughs.
She may be taking it easy now but the Buck's Townhouse hostess had a pretty wild time when she was Stateside.
Incredible
"It was incredible, so much fun. I went to Las Vegas for the first time ever with Eoin Macken. I can't play Blackjack so I don't think I was too much use," she says.
"I also got to meet up with a load of my girlfriends; Samantha Mumba is over there and so is my friend Tara Sinnott.
"And I bumped into Aidan Power and Tristan McManus, who is currently in Dancing With The Stars."
But it wasn't all play for Michele.
"It was more work focused. I had a good few meetings with people working in the music industry," she says.
"It's such a mad place and I just wanted to get some sort of insight into what it would be like to live and work there.
"I don't know if I could ever live there permanently. I love Ireland; my family friends and boyfriend are all here."
Michele is about to start rehearsing for The Cheerios Panto.
"This year it's Jack and the Beanstalk. I play Jill.
"It's the fourth or fifth time I've done the panto and I absolutely love it. It's a great little team," she says.
