Love tames Apprentice Aoiffe

SHE was known as much for her tangled lovelife as her business acumen when she burst onto the small screen as one of the feistiest characters yet to appear on TV3's Apprentice last year.

But Galway girl Aoiffe Madden insists that finding love has tamed her. The bubbly blonde, who now works as a PR executive, claims she has turned over a new leaf and quit her partying ways in order to concentrate on her new relationship.

Aoiffe (25) explained how she first met her hunky beau Mark through mutual friends and has been blissfully happy since then.

The sassy beauty insists her other half, whom she has been keeping under wraps since they began dating, is extremely publicity shy and claims the couple have no interest in being part of the social scene.

"I'm all settled down now, it's great," she told the Diary. "I'm very happy. We've just been together a couple of months so it's still quite fresh and fun, we're still getting to know each other. He's a friend of a friend who I first met years back and then I just bumped into him again randomly and we hit it off.

"I haven't been out too much since we got together. I'm just concentrating on work and enjoying my relationship," she added.

Aoiffe has signed up for a weekly slot on 98fm's new breakfast show with Aidan Power and Claire Solan, which will see her share her views on series three of the Apprentice on TV3.
