MISS Universe Ireland Aoife Hannon has finally packed her things and moved to Dublin for good.
But with her long-term boyfriend staying put in Kerry, Aoife vows she will make her long-distance relationship work.
The sports enthusiast has just returned from San Paolo, Brazil, where she competed against over 100 contestants around the world.
And instead of heading back to her home town of Listowel, Aoife has set up house in Dublin and will now have to spend a lot of time apart from her boyfriend of three years Jason Browne.
Aoife (19) says she is determined to make her relationship work despite the long distance.
"I'm living in Dublin now and I'm working in Hollister -- as well as modelling with Andrea Roche, which is brilliant. I'm hoping to get a lot of work with Andrea, I'm really looking forward to the next few months.
"My boyfriend still lives in Kerry, so we will have a long-distance relationship, he will have to do the driving now. He has to work in Kerry so I will try and pop down on the weekends if I can. There is no modelling work most weekends and, thankfully, Hollister are pretty flexible too. It can definitely work," she told the Diary.
And the leggy model admitted that her footballer beau isn't too happy with all the new male attention she has been getting.
She said: "He's always asking me if there are lads chatting me up but, honestly, he is really good."
