THE Voice star Jessie J has dismissed a claim she is a lesbian who has hidden her sexuality to avoid putting off fans.
The singer -- whose hits include Price Tag -- said the suggestion, made in a book published earlier this month, was "untrue".
Jessie has made no secret of the fact she is attracted to men and women, but a new unauthorised biography claimed she was in fact gay.
The singer wrote on on Twitter "It's funny how many people I've dated/slept with that I've never even met, according to the tabloids.
"BUT what's that?! *whispers, because its a secret* I'm really a lesbian?! Ha! Thanks for writing yet another boring untrue story."
She listed the names of other stars with whom she has reportedly been linked adding, "#noneofitstrue".
Jessie J: Who's Laughing Now, by Chloe Govan, was set to hit shelves today.
She is currently joined by Irish heartthrob Danny O'Donoghue, will.i.am and Tom Jones on the UK version of The Voice.
