Laura Whitmore is flying her mum over to Australia to give her some moral support on I'm a Celebrity...
"She lands after today's show, always got to look after the mammy," said the Bray-native TV presenter.
And she admitted how she was quaking in her boots at the prospect of fronting the first episode of the I'm A Celebrity ITV2 spin-off, with more than 11 million viewers tuning in to see the inaugural show.
"It's scary coming on board such a massive, well-established show," she continued. "Live TV is bloody scary but a lot of fun. Bring on tonight."
She took over the presenting role from Caroline Flack, who quit the show to co-present the Xtra Factor with Olly Murs, in what's been hailed Laura's big break into mainstream British TV.
The MTV Europe presenter, who dates Danny O'Reilly from the Coronas, has teamed up with former King of the Jungle Joe Swash and comic Russell Kane on the behind-the-scenes programme about life in the camp.
The first show saw her joined by health guru Gillian McKeith as she chatted about her memorable time in the jungle last year.
