Katie adds glam to VIP awards

THE Peter Mark VIP Style awards will be graced by another high-profile guest, as Katie Price is jetting in for the occasion.

The Herald can reveal that the reality star will be appearing at the glitzy bash this Friday, along with her ITV camera crew.

Although Price, aka Jordan, is no stranger to Irish shores, this year will mark the glamour girl's debut at the annual fashion gathering.

The mum-of-three may often be slated for her style, but fellow invitees are waiting with bated breath to see what she will wear on the night.

Another high-profile Brit joining in the fashion festivities will be Liz Hurley, who has become as well known for her fashion sense as her films and modelling work.

Her best known style moment may have been her infamous Armani black safety pin dress in 1994, but more recently she raised eyebrows when she wore a see through sari-style dress to a charity ball last week.

The pair will be appearing at the glitzy bash in the Shelbourne on March 12 as some of Ireland's best known personalities are vying to be crowned the country's most fashionable.

Grainne Seoige, Colette Fitzpatrick and Anne Doyle are all hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year's winner, Lorraine Keane and be crowned Ireland's Best Dressed Woman, alongside former The Clinic stars Amy Huberman and Victoria Smurfit.

Xpose presenter Sean Munsanje, who won his TV role through reality show Total Xposure, will be hoping to sway the public vote again -- but this time to become Ireland's Most Stylish Man.

Self-proclaimed "young fogey" and Late Late Show host Ryan Tubridy has also been nominated. He is joined by his girlfriend Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain, who is nominated in the women's category.

All details on how to vote are in this month's edition of VIP Magazine.
