KATE Middleton is being tipped to make an appearance at the Cheltenham Festival.
The fashionable duchess is expected to make her first visit to the popular event since tying the knot to Prince William last April.
A source revealed how they were trying to keep the exact details of her arrival under wraps to avoid sparking mayhem among the photographers.
"She's the picture they all want to get this week so it will be total madness if she makes it down to the parade ring," he said.
And it certainly helps to have friends in high places -- especially during Race Week at Cheltenham.
Galway girl Chanelle McCoy has managed to persuade her good pal Zara Phillips (inset above) to take part in a charity auction tomorrow evening.
And the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth only has to put herself up for auction in return as she helps drum up cash for a worthy cause.
Chanelle, who attended the blue blood's wedding to Mike Tindall last year with other half Tony, explained how big-hearted Zara jumped at the chance to get involved.
Chanelle is helping to organise the event and hopes having the head-turning blonde as one of the lots in the auction will boost interest.
