ONCE famed for his immaculate white suits, Johnny Logan appears to be embracing an ageing-rocker look these days.
The Eurovision star was deep in thought as he strolled through the city centre yesterday.
Johnny, a three-times winner of the Eurovision Song Contest, wore casual linen slacks, battered trainers and a weathered leather jacket.
The Australian-born Irishman enjoys continued success in music in Scandinavia and several European countries where he is regularly invited to perform his hits.
Logan was an outspoken critic of Jedward's entry to the contest this year and claimed that RTE still wants him to represent Ireland in the competition.
In the interview with Romanian TV, Logan also said that Ireland's best songwriters are no longer willing to submit their songs to the contest.
"They are still trying to find songs, and the best songwriters won't give their songs any more," he said. "That's the reason they are masters of their own destruction."
