Jedward steal the show at the Baftas

MOVE over Liam Neeson -- Jedward are the toast of the BAFTAs today. Well . . . the children's version anyway.

As Peppa Pig and Horrible Histories won prizes at the British Academy Children's Awards in London, all eyes were on the wacky duo from Dublin as they cavorted on the red carpet.

The twins rubbed shoulders with Eddie Izzard, Alesha Dixon, and UK Olympic gold medallists Heather Stanning and Alex Gregor at the glamouros celebrity event.

Justin Fletcher picked up the third Bafta of his career to become the most awarded children's presenter yet, for Something Special.

Peppa Pig picked up the pre-school animation award, and Horrible Histories won the comedy Bafta for the third consecutive year.

The Amazing World Of Gumball overcame stiff competition in the animation and writer categories to take home the two awards.

The Hunger Games won best feature film.
