IT is the big break actresses can only dream of – and this Irish star is still pinching herself.
Jayne Wisener thanked her lucky stars when she landed a role in Tim Burton's grizzly musical Sweeney Todd – alongside Johnny Depp.
Jayne played the part of Johanna in the 2007 film and says working with Depp was definitely an experience.
"It was my first ever big acting job and it was a bit intimidating and a bit overwhelming," she told the Herald.
"I was a wee bit starstruck working with Johnny but in the grand scheme of things it was an amazing opportunity.
"It was amazing being in such a big budget film – they made all the corsets specifically for us so they were actually really comfortable."
But Co Derry native Jayne (24) says while starring alongside Johnny was the experience of a lifetime nothing beats coming back to Ireland to film. The petite actress stars as Sandie Morrow in BBC college drama 6 Degrees which is airing on RTE.
The show follows six freshers, who are attempting to find their way through their first year of university and has been described as 'Ireland's answer to Hollyoaks'.
"It's great to be in a drama about Northern Ireland that isn't all doom and gloom," Coleraine girl Jayne explained.
And the former Misfits star has another impressive credit to add to her CV – she'll star in Channel 4 sitcom London Irish.
