'I'm from Moldova, but I'm up for Jedward' - RTE star Diana

RTE beauty Diana Bunici has revealed she's definitely Team Jedward when it comes to the forthcoming Eurovision.

The Elev8 presenter was born in Moldova but came to Ireland when she was eight and has been living in Dublin's Lucan ever since.

But despite being very proud of her heritage, the stylish presenter is still be keeping her fingers crossed for John and Edward Grimes at the competition in Azerbaijan in May.

"Of course, part of me will be cheering on Moldova but I'm 100pc behind Jedward. I'm a huge fan, I think they're great," the 23-year-old said.

The stylish star, who started with the children's TV show in 2010, added how she has lost count of the amount of times that she has met the wacky duo.

They're just one of a number of celebrities that she has interviewed, having also met Justin Bieber, Pierce Brosnan, Kim Cattrall, Robert Pattinson and the boyband JLS.

A journalism and French graduate, she's also a keen supporter of multiculturalism in Ireland and last February saw her being appointed as the first ambassador for Outreach Moldova.

The children's TV presenter was one of the guests who braved the arctic conditions last night for the opening night of new musical Avenue Q at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre along with Republic Of Telly beauty Jennifer Maguire, Joe Duffy with wife June as well as newly engaged couple Chris Doyle and Sean Munsanje.
