Michele McGrath has revealed her ambitions to become a TV presenter.
The model and club hostess told the Diary that although she is enjoying her stint as a contributor on Ireland AM and Xpose for Dresses.ie, she's hoping for bigger and better things in the future.
"I'm a contributor fashion stylist for TV3 and I work solely with dresses.ie, it's great. But full-time TV work is something I've always been really interested in. I studied media studies in college, so it's always been something I've really wanted to do.
"But we'll see what happens. It's a hard industry and I'm still only learning," she explained.
With dozens of Irish celebs expected to throw on their wellies for this weekend's Electric Picnic, Michele, who is the chief hostess at Leeson Street haunt Buck Whaley's, said that she and close pal Georgia Salpa aren't too sure if they will make it for the popular music festival.
"I don't know if I'm heading to Electric Picnic. Me and Georgia Salpa were trying to figure it out. I think I'm going to go down on the Sunday. I've to work in Bucks all weekend.
"I went to Oxegen already so I'm kind of all festivaled out."
And as a noted fashion stylist Michele admitted she is excited to check out the latest festival fashion and is loving the new focus on celebrity festival trends.
"I love Electric Picnic, it's really cool and hippyish whereas Oxegen is just a mudfest.
"I think festival fashion is really cool. I much prefer putting on my wellies then getting glammed up for a night out."
"Festival fashion has become huge because of the likes of Kate Moss and Alexa Chung. They get photographed so often at festivals and people want to look like them. We honestly planned our outfits about a week before we went to Oxegen," she added.
