SHE might pride herself on being a model girlfriend -- but Holly Carpenter won't be cheering on boyfriend Cian Healy in Leinster's big game on Saturday.
Miss Ireland has had to put her modelling career ahead of an evening out at the Heineken Cup quarter-final in the Aviva Stadium.
The 20-year-old told the Herald that she won't be joining her fellow WAGs to see Leinster take on the Cardiff Blues, as she has to build up her "book" before handing over her Miss Ireland crown. "I'm going to miss out because I'm doing a photoshoot to get my portfolio book sorted, so I don't think I'll be able to make it at all, which is annoying."
Holly, who met international prop Cian (24) last November, enjoyed her first rugby game in February and has become an avid fan in recent months, watching her man on the field.
The Clontarf native stepped out with the prop for their first official appearance as a couple at the VIP Style Awards last month and said things are going better than ever for the loved-up pair.
She's even hoping to get away with her other half at the end of the rugby season. "We're hoping to plan a trip away just the two of us in June, but we haven't talked about where yet. Cian's going to New Zealand with Ireland on tour -- so I'll go away then for a girly holiday."
NCAD student Holly also admitted that she'd love to catch up on some art exhibitions with Gordon D'Arcy's fiance Aoife Cogan.
