HHH WOLFE Tone Square has been transformed into a winter-wonderland for the run up to Christmas. The Festive Family Fun Fair will run until December 22. There are vintage amusement rides such as a mini-carousel, a chairoplane and a helter skelter slide. There is also an abundance of food stands to keep everyone in the family happy - including a chocolate fountain.

HHH TOUR-GUIDE Emily Gallagher is inviting people to join her this Thursday for a 'night-walk' around the city. The tour called These are a Few of My Favourite Things will kick off at the Spire on O'Connell Street at 7pm. The walk takes two hours and visitors are promised a tour of the capital's best cafes, bars, markets and unusual stores. The tours are free but must be booked via email to egaldog@gmail.com. On Tuesday a daytime version of the tour will begin from the Spire at 11am.

HHH THE Workmans Club on the quays will host their annual Christmas party this coming Friday. Little X's for Eyes will entertain the crowd as the venue strives to put on a show worthy of the festive season. Fresh from supporting superstars like Macklemore and The XX, Galway musician Daithi will also take to the stage. Doors open at 8pm.
