Grainne splits from agent Noel just days after engagement joy

GLAMOROUS TV presenter Grainne Seoige has parted with her agent Noel Kelly.

While she celebrated her engagement to Leon Jordaan last weekend, the star appears to have parted ways with Ireland's "agent to the stars".

Seoige's profile has been removed from Noel Kelly's website, indicating that their professional partnership has come to an end.

Grainne appears to be following in the footsteps of her sister Sile, who split from Noel's agency last July.

The celebrity agent is credited with boosting the careers of some of the biggest names in Irish media.

He represents presenters like Ryan Tubridy, Joe Duffy, Dave Fanning, Lisa Cannon and Claire Byrne.

Last weekend, Grainne was toasting her engagement to South African-born rugby coach Leon Jordaan. The pair got engaged six months ago – but kept it secret so they could enjoy the good news themselves.

Grainne presents RTE's Crimecall, as well as GAA chat show Up For The Match.

She has been in a relationship with Jordaan since October 2011 and the couple threw a party at Dublin nightclub Lillie's Bordello on Saturday night to celebrate their good news.

They were joined by family, friends and stars from the world of TV and sport, including Grainne's sister, Síle.

RTE presenter Kathryn Thomas turned out with partner Padraig McLoughlin, alongside her Voice of Ireland co-host Eoghan McDermott.

Presenter Norah Casey, celebrity gardener Diarmuid Gavin, broadcaster Tom McGurk, presenter Baz Ashmawy, actor Liam Cunningham, radio host Mairead Farrell and comedian Neil Delamere were also there.

The couple have yet to decide on wedding plans, but are hoping to marry later this year or in 2015 in either Ireland or South Africa.

Despite getting engaged last November, Grainne was presented with her impressive ring at a restaurant in Howth last week.
