POP mogul Louis Walsh is very much in the black after a company he owns recorded a profit of €250,000.
The multi-millionaire Mayo man has reason to be happy after Brill Management Ltd, which is based in Ranelagh showed healthy results for 2010.
The firm made a tidy profit of €259,051 last year compared to just €10,666 in 2009.
The recently filed accounts revealed that the firm has cash reserves of €440,000 stored in the bank and is owed in excess of €900,000 by debtors.
Louis, who has had a tough few weeks fighting false allegations that he groped a man in a Krystle nightclub, received €175,000 in rent from Brill Management for the property he owns at Appian Way.

The company owes the pop supremo some €811,940 according to the accounts.
The X Factor judge Walsh is also the director of the Rolo Management firm and manages pop duo Jedward.
The pop impresario recently returned to X Factor auditions following a garda investigation into false allegations that he assaulted a man in a nightclub toilet.
Fans honoured the long-standing X Factor star by giving him a standing ovation when he returned to his duties as a judge on the show.
The affable Mayoman is reported to earn as much as €1.8m per season from his X Factor role.
