Get ready to party at Wright Venue

The hottest party of the month is due to take place at the Wright Venue next week.

A handful of lucky guests have already received their invites -- and unique keyrings -- to the Global Party taking place at the northside venue on September 16.

The club was the only one in Ireland selected to join the glamorous bash, which is inspired by the adventures of Phileas Fogg and is taking place in the top 80 venues around the world involving 80,000 revellers.

Acclaimed DJ Roger Sanchez is flying in especially to perform at the event.

Some 50pc of proceeds from the night will go towards the Barretstown Children's Charity with the rest going towards worldwide charities.

The TV personality will be on hand at the Penthouse of the Morgan Hotel in Temple Bar to formally launch new Irish station The Food Network.

A UPC channel dedicated entirely to food, Gino will be revealing all about his favourite recipes and talking about his cookery programme on the forthcoming network.
