Georgia's career going better than OK! as offers flood in from UK after pics with Calum

Georgia Salpa looks set to launch a lucrative career across the water with a photoshoot for OK! magazine.

Ever since pictures of the model alongside ladies' man Calum Best began circulating last week, the Assets beauty has been inundated with requests to do photoshoots in the UK.

The half-Greek/half-Irish beauty has been approached by OK!, which has invited her to Britain for her debut shoot for their massive-selling glossy.

Georgia (26) has now gained a whole new band of admirers, thanks to her participation in the second series of TV3's Celebrity Salon alongside Calum, Abi Titmuss and Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace.

She is even rumoured to have been approached to take part in Channel 5's new series of Big Brother this summer.

"Georgia's phone hasn't stopped ringing since they started filming the show," said an insider. "Everyone wants a piece of her and her profile is steadily growing across the water.

"As soon as the pictures landed of herself and Rosanna Davison with Calum Best and Brian McFadden after last week's launch of Harry's Bar, OK! Magazine got in touch with her about the shoot.

"Understandably she's a bit overwhelmed by all the attention, but she's flattered as well.

"It's all very exciting and could lead to a lot more work abroad for her," they added.

In further good news for her career Georgia has also been approached about appearing in Romania and Poland's version's of FHM. The TV3 series marks her latest venture into television, with gigs on both Anonymous and Republic Of Telly already under her belt this year.

And it looks like Georgia's TV career won't end there, with the brains behind the show, producer John Norton, of Straywave productions, said to have approached her about other projects. The TV hotshot was among the guests who stepped out to last night's preview screening of Thor, at Cineworld on Parnell Street. John was joined by music mogul Kaste Dahl and his other half, Virginia Macari, as well as BScene model bosses Sean Montague and Brendan Scully.

Mister World Kamal Ibrahim and his friend Shane Lennon, stylist Cathy O'Connor, fundraiser Caroline Downey, Bill Hughes, Fergus Kealey and presenter Darren Kennedy also walked the red carpet.

Model Hayley Rock was also there having jetted home from London following Herald columnist Rosanna Davison's birthday celebrations.
