THIS is Irish singer and actor Damian McGinty on US hit series Glee -- in a ghastly green outfit.
The picture shows how the 19-year-old has been transformed for his first appearance on the hit series, which regularly attracts some 30 million viewers.
The Co Derry native, who plays exchange student Rory Flanagan, sports an Elvis-style quiff on his first day at the American secondary school.
He's also ditched his slick crooner suit to match Hollywood's unflattering interpretation of Irish style.
Damian's new look as Rory includes an outdated dark green shirt with a lighter green vest, an outfit somewhat reminiscent of a leprechaun costume.
While Rory is unfashionable, this should help him fit right in with the terminally uncool McKinley High School Glee club.
However, Damian has revealed that it won't be long before the foreign exchange student starts falling out with his new classmates.
Rory will be living with Brittany's parents -- his host family -- and it is rumoured that he will develop a crush on the ditzy cheerleader played by Heather Morris, much to Santana's annoyance.
"Brittany believes that Rory is her own personal leprechaun that only she can see.
"She [Santana] doesn't like Rory because he also has a thing for Brittany," Damian admitted.
He also teased that there would be a "fun scene in Brittany's bedroom", and confessed that Santana wouldn't be the only character jealous of the newcomer.
"[Rory] does a falsetto in his first song and Kurt did not like that because Kurt's the soprano of the group and doesn't want that taken from him."
Despite these hints, there has been no confirmation that Rory would embark on a romance or all-out competition with another character, and Damian revealed that everything was still kept under wraps.
