RTE presenter Daithi O'Se will wed his Rose in the town where they met.
The 34-year-old host has divulged that he and fiancee Rita Talty (28) will tie the knot on July 12 next year in Tralee. "Being the presenter of the Rose of Tralee and Rita being a Rose in 2008 Tralee is special to us both," the loved-up former weatherman admitted.
The TV personality and his bride-to-be are set to host their nuptials in O'Se's home county and have picked the Carlton Hotel as their reception venue.
"We picked the Carlton for a few reasons one of them being it was where we first met and after where our relationship blossomed, we feel a real connection with the place," he said.
"We know the people there really well with their association with the Festival so we can trust them, they are pulling out all the stops for us," added the broadcaster, who already has "a few surprises" in store for guests.
The Daily Show anchor said: "All I have to do now is get a photographer, a wedding band and sort out the honeymoon - so no pressure."
The happy couple will walk down the aisle in St Mary's church in Dingle in front of close family and friends.
"We are both really looking forward to the occasion, which will be followed by a party in Dingle the day after - it's turning into a festival," Daithi added.
