A Ha! Colm Meaney is teaming up with Norwich's most famous DJ, Alan Partridge.
The Star Trek actor stars alongside comic Steve Coogan in upcoming feature film Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa.
The film follows on from Coogan's hugely successful TV series Knowing Me, Knowing You and Alan Partridge: Welcome To The Places Of My Life and Mid Morning Matters.
Steve Coogan promised the film would be filled with "violence, guns and heavy kissing".
And it seems to deliver. In the trailer Meaney is seen beating up producers, holding a double-barrel shotgun and hurling people through windows.
Meanwhile Alan kisses a woman in a red dress and runs down a pier.
Alpha Papa is directed by Father Ted man Declan Lowney and also stars The Fall's Simon Delaney.
Colm plays the part of crazed and psychotic radio DJ Pat Farrell. Alan holds a grudge against his co-worker Pat and suggests the station sack him.
After he gets the boot from North Norfolk Digital Radio, Pat goes crazy, sieges the station and agrees to only talk to Alan.
The movie will be released in August but it remains to be seen if the passive aggressive undertones of Partridge will translate to the big screen.
