It's been a week of non-stop hairdresser trips and photoshoots, but I couldn't be happier to be back in Dublin after a crazy few months working in New York for Trump Model Management.
The agency is owned by Donald Trump, who has been amazing to me since I met him at the Miss Universe final.
I've really bonded with him and he has been so great to me since the contest.
We meet up all the time and, no matter where I am in the world, he rings me to make sure I'm getting on well.
He is always telling me that he's going to make sure they turn me into a star -- they are his words but it's nice to have that level of support.
This year has been one of the best of my life since taking part in the Miss Universe Ireland contest and I can't wait to see what 2011 has in store.
On Monday, I spent most of the day in Peter Mark studios in town shooting their new spring/summer campaign -- it's going to be in print and a cinema ad so I'm pretty excited to see how it turns out. My hair is usually quite dramatic for work but these were pretty and wearable styles to appeal to girls my age, so I loved it.
One thing I never get tired of is getting my hair done professionally. I find it really relaxing and therapeutic. I've picked up loads of great tips so now my family and friends are always asking me to do their hair and make-up.
On Tuesday, I was modelling the gorgeous new collection from Born Clothing for VIP magazine.
The type of modelling I do here is very different from the stuff I do in New York. It's a bit more commercial here, but I love being able to switch between the two because it keeps things interesting.
On Wednesday, I had my first day off since I got home so I went Christmas shopping. It was great to be able to hit the shops in Dublin. New York is great for shopping but they don't have high street stores like we do.
Topshop is my absolute favourite place to shop but it is much more expensive in the US, so I ended up buying more stuff for myself than actual presents.
Yesterday, I went shopping and to the gym in the morning before launching Son Et Lumiere in the Burlington hotel at a photocall. I like to exercise every day if I can but obviously sometimes I don't have time.
Right now I'm getting in about 3-4 sessions a week but I'm the type of person who feels awful if I don't go.
It's not even about weight anymore; I am just totally addicted to the endorphins. I love to run so usually do that for about 45 minutes and then I do some abdominal work and weights. This morning I'm doing another press call so my new agent is keeping me really busy. I know there was a lot of buzz about me switching but there were no hard feelings. It was a natural step for me and I'm delighted.
We have our Christmas party tomorrow night so I can't wait to catch up with the other models there. I'm going to have as many nights out as possible next week because I don't know when I'll be home again once I leave in the New Year.
