BIG DAY: Virginia Macari to marry Kaste Dahl

SISTERS aren't doing it for themselves, it seems.

Actress Sonya Macari has revealed that her reality TV star sibling Virginia has not asked her to be her bridesmaid for her upcoming wedding to fiance Kaste Dahl.

But Sonya, who married her own love Colin Devlin in October 2012, said there are no hard feelings.

"She hasn't asked me so who knows," said Sonya (pictured below left, with Virginia), laughing. "I'm really not fussed at all, I got married to Colin so I think my bridesmaid days are over.

"On the day I will be crying buckets, whether I am on the aisle beside her or in the first row," the 33-year-old told the Diary.

Special

Mum-of one-Virginia will marry Kaste in sun-soaked Italy this spring.

And the ex-Dublin Wives star is keeping the special wedding party roles for Kaste's daughters Jeanelle and Thea, and the couple's son, Thor, who turns two next month.

"He will be the ring bearer so it will be very cute," said Virginia."There will be a few tears at that and my two step-daughters will be the bridesmaids."

Virginia is heading to Italy next month to finalise plans for her special

day and the half-Italian beauty has yet to finalise the guest list, but is hoping to have her ex Dublin Wives cast-mates, including friends Roz Flanagan, Jo Jordan and Lisa Murphy, at the wedding.

"There will be over one hundred people there, but it's not going to be a ridiculously big wedding," explained Virginia

"It's just like family and my close friends. "I will start panicking next month."

Virginia will hit LA with her mum in March, where Sonya resides, and said she is looking forward to picking out her wedding gown.

Brood

Virginia and Kaste also plan to expand their brood once the wedding is out of the way.

"We would love more babies – there is nothing more wonderful than having a big family," she said.

For her own part, Sonya is really excited about having Virginia and her family visit.

Sonya has just returned Stateside after taking part in the Under My Bed plays in Dublin's Smock Alley Theatre in aid of Barnardo's children's charity earlier this month.

She has been busy with work projects and before Christmas wrapped up filming on dark fantasy Kiss the Devil in the Dark in Utah.

"I'm so excited for Virginia to come over," said Sonya.

Speaking about married life with hubby Colin, Sonya said: "It's bliss."
