DUBLIN's estate agents will be crying into their portfolios on learning that Brian McFadden and his model wife have put their plans to buy a house here on ice.
Brian and DJ Vogue Williams already have their own love nest in London, which they moved into last summer.
But the couple, who have been married for more than a year, had been scouring the property pages for the perfect pad in the capital after deciding they wanted to put down fresh roots in Ireland.
However, it seems that owning one home is enough for the smitten couple, who returned from Australia last year.
"We were looking for a place, but we're going to put that off for a while," Vogue told the Herald.
"I had to stop coming home so much because I had to get used to not being here and not seeing my family all the time.
"We decided that we're going to live in London for at least another few years so we're just going to concentrate on that for now."
In December, Vogue told the Herald that the couple were looking for a house in her native Howth to have a base for when they are back home.
But now it seems reality has set in.
"We own a place in East London so it's great," said the 28-year-old.
"I'd like to get a place over here, but we'll see. We'll have a look again at the end of the year and see where we are."
