GOLDEN couple Amy Huberman and Brian O'Driscoll shunned the usual celebrity hotspots to celebrate Ireland's big win over Wales on Saturday.
The soon to be newlyweds joined Brian's teammates for a post-game dinner in town that evening before heading for home, with the Irish captain explaining that he had toasted their victory with green tea rather than champagne.
Instead, the couple marked the Clontarf sportsman's 100th cap with a romantic lunch at The Bistro restaurant in Castle Market yesterday.
Looking more loved up than ever, the Diary spotted the high-profile pair making the most of the spring sunshine as they tucked into a selection of delicacies outside on the terrace.
"I'm aching but happy," Brian explained. "My 100th cap definitely felt different. I was more emotional than I thought I was going to be. Winning made it all the better."
The team are expected to return to camp today ahead of next Saturday's big clash at Croke Park.
Although Brian admitted it was not all hard work on the pitch, revealing that legendary singers Christy Moore and Declan Sinnott had visited the team to perform a private gig last week.
"I was even allowed to butcher City Of Chicago," he laughed.
