Bressie-mania as Voice coach mobbed by girls at city club

BRESSIE-MANIA has taken over.

The Voice coach Niall Breslin was overwhelmed by mobs of girls when he visited a Dublin nightclub.

It took three bouncers to hold back dozens of screaming women from the stunned musician when he arrived at Copan club in Rathmines.

Bressie was taking some time out of his busy schedule of mentoring the contenders on the RTE talent show.

He was invited into the DJ box to mix some tunes for the launch of 'ladies night' at the club.

However, it wasn't long before he was besieged by female fans who were all desperate to get a picture with the former Blizzards frontman.

A clearly hassled Bressie was glad to eventually make it to the refuge of the DJ box.

Although he has been linked with a string of women including fashion designer Eva Maguire, Bressie is now single. But he said that he finds situations with gangs of girls throwing themselves at him intimidating.

"Believe it or not, I'm quite shy. Most of the relationships I've been involved in happened slowly and naturally," he said. "I don't go to nightclubs and say, 'yeah you'll do. Let's go'."

Bressie is currently home from his London base where he lives in Belsize Park with three other Irish men.
