Boyband heaven at Childline after party

The red carpet was rolled out at Lillie's Bordello over the weekend as all the headline acts at the Cheerios Childline concert hit the town with a vengeance.

The VIP haunt was packed to the rafters from early on as fans of boybands like The Wanted, JLS and Westlife clamoured to party with their idols in the club.

Lillie's formed the venue for the official after-show party for the 14th year in a row as they pulled out all the stops for the partying celebs.

Among those at the bash included Jedward, The Overtones and new boyband Boulevard with all the tables in the members area booked out as attendees tucked into bottles of vodka and champagne. Also there was former Wonderland star Leigh Learmont alongside girlband Parade, R&B group Underground and boyband Mannequin.

The party was in full swing in the Library area, too, as RTE star Kathryn Thomas celebrated receiving an award earlier in the night. She was named the Irish Tatler Woman of the Year Entertainment Award at a bash in the Four Seasons hotel and was thrilled with the accolade.

Also spotted in the VIP area was Dragons' Den mentor Niall O'Farrell, who also attended the bash hosted by publisher Norah Casey.

Meanwhile in the nearby Grafton Lounge, former Miss Ireland Emma Waldron was getting to grips with her new weekend job. She has been appointed the new hostess in the late night bar and welcomed in chart-topper Maverick Sabre. He headed into the venue to unwind after his sell-out gig in The Village on Wexford Street.
