Bieber probed for speeding in his Ferrari as tots played

JUSTIN BIEBER is being investigated for reckless driving after neighbours complained about him speeding in his Ferrari.

The pop star (19) was con-fronted by a neighbour, National Football League star Keyshawn Johnson, after allegedly zooming through the posh development in northern Los Angeles on Monday.

Johnson followed Bieber home and tried to talk to him, but the singer scurried inside, it is claimed.

Police were called, but Bieber declined to come outside to talk to them. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said: "Eyewitness testimony to our deputies was definitive – not only the speed, not only the vehicle, but Mr Bieber was sitting and driving in the driver's side seat."

Police plan to send a reckless driving report to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office to consider filing misdemeanor charges in the next week or two.

Bieber's publicist did not comment. Prosecutors are also looking at whether to charge Bieber for battery in a separate incident involving a neighbour, who complained the pop star attacked him.
