Amanda jets Down Under to join pal Laura in the jungle

TV BEAUTY Amanda Byram has jetted back to Australia to have some fun with her Bray pal Laura Whitmore.

The Diary can reveal how the Castleknock native flew over at the weekend for her second stint Down Under in the space of six months.

Amanda (39) spent time with a pal in Sydney earlier this year as she came to terms with her split from rugby manager beau Craig McMullen.

Amanda is due to appear shortly on Laura's spin-off show I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here Now.

Obviously keen to make the most of her Irish contact book, MTV star Laura, who presents the show with ex-Eastenders star Joe Swash, has already welcomed Boyzone star Keith Duffy to the programme.

Determined to make the most of the sun, Amanda tweeted a picture of herself lying by the pool at her hotel before heading out for a night with Laura and show veterans Ant & Dec.

Amanda has been involved in an eclectic number of projects since the cancellation of her BBC show Total Wipeout.

As well as filming The Angel for Sky 1, she also said she would consider taking on an Irish TV role, if the right project came along.
