A takeaway was perfect for our 15th anniversary

There was romance in the air this week as myself and Lisa celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary on Monday.

I'm not afraid to say that after 19 years of being together we are still very much in love.

It's a great thing to be able to say, especially after being with Boyzone for so many years and in the UK filming Coronation Street.

There have been some tough years in the past, but I am just delighted that we have come through it now.

There was a lot going on this week, but Mia is a true romantic so she made sure that myself and Lisa celebrated the occasion.

We ordered an Indian takeaway and had a bottle of wine in front of the TV so I couldn't think of a nicer way to do it. We'll have a night out tonight when we attend the Dubai Duty Free Derby Ball at the Curragh racecourse.

It is a black tie ball and this is the third year that they are holding it in aid of Irish Autism Action so myself and Lisa go every year to give our thanks.

Brian Kennedy is providing the entertainment so it will be a nice way to let our hair down and we'll be back at the racecourse for the Irish derby on Saturday.
