Top models Holly Carpenter and Jayne Higgins have been working hard since relocating to London, but they decided to take a last-minute holiday to Paris together, the Diary can reveal.
"What was meant to be a chilled weekend in London ended up in Paris," Jayne said online to accompany a picture of the girls in front of Cinderella's castle at Disneyland.
The gorgeous models even attracted a few fans on their trip to the magical theme park.
"Doing our make-up on a bus to Disneyland Paris with Jayne and all the kids think we're Cinderella and Belle - yes we are," Holly wrote online.
The glamorous pair enjoyed some of the rides at Disneyland including the It's A Small World boat trip.
Naturally the girls were also a hit with the boys but the single girls were not seduced by their Parisian charms.
"French guy: 'What's your name beautiful?' Me: 'Slán.'" Him: 'What a beautiful name.' I know right?" joked Holly.
The model pals naturally paid a visit to the Eiffel Tower and also went to the famous Pont de l'Archevêché bridge where they attached a love lock to the thousands of others and then threw the key into the river Seine.
However, their fabulous whirlwind trip didn't end so well when they missed their flight home yesterday.
"Not only did we miss our flight, when we arrived at the gate sweating they looked at us and said 'Madame you are in the wrong airport'," Holly said.
They managed to make it back to London yesterday where Holly has recently been signed to BMA Models.
BMA is a fashion and commercial modelling agency that is based in London, Dubai and Beirut.
Belfast beauty Jayne has already signed to the same agency.
Despite their fun in London, Holly (23) admits she doesn't see herself living there full-time.
"I've only been here four weeks and for one week of that I went home to work in Dublin with Assets," she said.
"It kind of feels like I've been in London for ages but it's really different from home. I don't know if I could see myself living here full-time.
"Mum and dad know what a homebird I am, and even though I try not to call them when I'm homesick, I know they can tell on the phone.
"I don't want to ring them and make them worried," she added.
She may have one of Ireland’s hottest guys on her arm but it was all about the ladies as model Madeline Mulqueen (inset) painted the town red on a girls night out on Sunday.
The Limerick native is engaged to Hollywood actor Jack Reynor (22) but she left her man at home as she enjoyed a night out with friends.
Madeline (24) enjoyed a night of dinner and cocktails with her close friend, stylist Laura Mullet.
The glamorous group enjoyed dinner and cocktails at top Thai restaurant Opium on Wexford Street before heading across town.
They enjoyed some more cocktails in The Grafton Lounge before heading to 37 Dawson Street to dance the night away.
Laura and Madeline have become close friends since the top model enlisted Laura’s help to style her for Jack’s Transformer’s 4: Age of Extinction press tour.
“Madeline became a great friend as well as a client and we both really enjoyed working with different creatives to bring the vision of what we wanted to life,” Laura said of their collaboration.
“It was a massive honour to dress Madeline in an array of Irish Designers – some that are spectacular and up and coming and then others who are incredibly established.”
Madeline and Jack travelled the world with the global blockbuster, visiting places like Brazil, Miami, Berlin, Hong Kong, New York and Tokyo.
She wore Irish designers Giovanna Borz, Geraldine O’Meara and Louise Kennedy among others to multiple premieres.
Laura is a regular stylist on Xpose and has dressed other celebs including Sky’s Rachel Wyse, Fair City’s Aisling O’Neill as well as a host of Ireland’s top models.
THEY may be used to watching their figures for life on the catwalk, but at the weekend some of Ireland's top models were able to let their hair down.
The Assets Models Agency treated their string of beauties to a night out in exclusive Dublin bar Buck Whaleys on Saturday night.
Model and singer Michelle McGrath (pictured) and Tia Duffy - the agency's premier plus size-model - were among the ladies who went to the agency's Christmas bash.
"Getting ready for my Chrimbo party yeeeeoooowww," Michelle posted on Twitter before heading to the club.
Band The singer has recently formed a band called Lir who will compete in next year's Eurovision.
She is joined by The Voice of Ireland contestant Kim Hayden and You're a Star winner Leanne Moore.
Jo Archbold, who is currently dating 2fm's Eoghan McDermott, also attended the stylish event after they went to the People of the Year Awards together.
