There's been a lot of movement among Ireland's top models over the last few months.
So former Assets model Michele McGrath thought it was the right time to move to Andrea Roche's agency.
"I had a brilliant time with Assets and I can only say good things about them," Michele told the Diary.
"I was with them for eight years but I just felt for myself that a change would be great for the New Year.
Andrea also represents top models Rosanna Davison, Roz Purcell and Georgia Salpa.
Michele, who was previously part of the band Industry, is now a member of new girl band Lir who are hoping to represent Ireland in the Eurovision next year.
Former You're A Star contestant Leanne Moore and Kim Hayden from The Voice are also in the band and the trio have all said that they enjoy working together and hope to record music even if they don't make it to the Eurovision.
"Lir is going really well, we're just waiting at the moment but in January it's all going to kick off," she said.
"Leanne is in panto in Limerick at the moment but we're back into the studio once she's finished.
"Then hopefully we'll hear about Eurosong after that. Fingers crossed," she added.
The beautiful brunette works hard to maintain her enviable figure and admits she tries to get in as many Pilates classes as she can over the festive period.
"All year-round I do reformer Pilates in Pilates Plus in Deansgrange so I take classes in that and I also do yoga classes in the Yoga Dublin Studios," she revealed.
"Christmas is just another week, I might not get as many classes in but up until then I'll just be in my same old routine."
Michele is dating Irish fighter Cathal Pendred and admits he influences her diet.
"Because my boyfriend is a UFC fighter I do the paleo diet, which is actually really good for you," she explained.
"But my paleo diet goes out the window at Christmas to be honest with you.
"I have a big Christmas dinner with my family and eat way too much sugar and drink alcohol.
"So I'll be full steam ahead eating all those roast potatoes - they're my favourite."
