A DUBLIN man accused of burglary at an industrial estate is facing trial on the charge.

Mark Brennan (44) has been ordered to stay out of all industrial estates after closing hours for the duration of the trial.

Judge David McHugh adjourned the matters to September for the book of evidence.

The accused, of St Ronan's Gardens in Clondalkin, appeared before Blanchardstown District Court charged with burglary at ME Plant Hire, Clondalkin Industrial Estate on May 1, 2014.

He is also accused of criminal damage to a padlock to a pedestrian gate as well as palisade fencing, a roller shutter door and a padlock and door seals to a secure container.

A State solicitor said the DPP has directed trial on indictment in the Circuit Court on the charges.
