Danone brings 40 jobs
Danone is creating 40 new jobs following a €50m investment.
The global firm behind Danone Baby Nutrition's network said its Cork-based facility was set to become the most technologically advanced and largest in its baby nutrition's network.
Construction on the Macroom plant is due to begin in February, with commercial operations targeted for the end of the first quarter of 2012. It will make Macroom the largest centre in Danone Baby Nutrition's Global network. The investment has the support of Enterprise Ireland.
