Conference on digital evidence in courts

THE use of digital evidence in Ireland has grown significantly in recent years and there is a clear need for an event which allows Irish practitioners to develop their knowledge.

The company is the only Irish software firm dealing with digital evidence. Managing Director Owen O'Connor said that it is clear from the recent Apple-Samsung trial just how complex e-discovery has become.

"This may mark a turning point, where we realise this this area has become so complex that the only certainty is failure, and that we therefore need a new approach," he said.
