Collins still in love with his ex-wife
Phil Collins has revealed he still loves his ex-wife and says the pair have "a shared life" despite both of them being in new relationships.
The rocker also described reports that he ended his marriage to his second wife by fax as "a load of rubbish".
He told Hello! magazine of his close relationship with third wife, Orianne Cevey, who he divorced in 2006 after a seven-year marriage that produced sons Nicholas (10) and Matthew (6).
The 59-year-old said: "To be very honest, Orianne and I still love each other and I don't actually know why we got divorced.
"We are still friends. Orianne has a new boyfriend, actually, she's married.
"But it's still the case that when Orianne has problems, she calls me. Or when she has an argument with her husband, she calls me. Really, she does that. A shared life doesn't have to be over just because you split up."
At the time of the divorce from Ms Cevey it was reported it cost Collins, who made his name with Genesis before embarking on a lucrative solo career, about £25m (e30m).
The London-born star, who lives in Switzerland, admitted he didn't want to get married again.
